Chris joined the United States Air Force in 1998, three months after graduating high school. While serving in the Air Force, he learned the value of integrity and hard work. Chris proudly served his country for four years, completing two tours in the Middle East, but ultimately separated from the Air Force in 2002. After separating from the Air Force, he got a job as an apprentice working for a family friend and local mechanical contractor in Corona. He learned real-world skills in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning industries. Chris was lucky enough to attend multiple trade-related schools and classes that were sponsored by the PHCC, So Cal Gas, So Cal Edison and NCI, just to name a few. Unfortunately, the small business that employed Chris for so many years fell victim to the Great-Recession of 2009 and he was laid off. Chris worked for two large plumbing, heating and air conditioning companies in different capacities until he finally ventured off to start his own business. During his years working for those large companies, Chris was exposed to an unfortunate reality in the trade industry – integrity is not always at the top of the list for most technicians and companies. Chris vowed to one day start his own plumbing, heating and air conditioning company with integrity and morals at the top of the list! And so, Authority Plumbing, Heating & Air was established.
